Many say that it is not possible to be pro life and not have a religion. I am here to give you four solid reasons to be pro life with out religion.
As I tend to write controversial posts I again, wanted to make a disclaimer that you can be of any faith, atheist, agnostic and still be 100% pro-life. I am a woman of faith but, I still believe you can be pro-life without any means of religion. As for today, I am going to give you four reasons to be pro-life without religion.
Reason One: Dismembering humans limb by limb is disturbing
I do not know about you but, I don’t think invading a woman and using forceps to pull apart a defenseless child is morally right. Think about someone coming after you with a large pair of tongs to grasp, crush, and dismember your body parts then forcefully yanking you out of a small, outlandish, hole.
Reason Two: The possible repercussions that can come from an abortion
I am scared beyond belief of the repercussions from getting a shot, let alone an abortion. Abortion is highly invasive and mortifying. Who in their right mind would want to risk death to themselves while murdering the child? Also, the regret that can come with it...
The life growing inside of the mother, is not the mother’s body. It is not the mother’s choice if a child lives or dies. From the moment of conception, this child had it’s very own DNA that has never been created before and never will be again. As a woman, I could never imagine killing a child, especially mine. People can argue “It’s the woman’s choice to decide if she wants to carry a baby.” Which, leads me to reason four.
Reason Four: You had sex knowing about possible repercussions
Most of the time, the sex is consensual between two people. With that being said, most people know that with sex, being pregnant is a possibility. Our bodies are biologically made to reproduce. With that being said, you should be responsible with a method of birth control if you know that you can not support a child.
I hope this has opened eyes to see that it doesn't all have to be about religion, it has to be about morals.
